The villa can sleep up to 6 people.
The master bedroom has one king size bed, the second bedroom can be configured as one king bed, or two twin beds and the third bedroom has two twin beds.
Yes there is. We ask that you use the air conditioning in any room only when all windows and doors are closed. There is an additional fee for air conditioning that is more than 10% above the average charge.
Yes. Each bedroom has its own air conditioner.
Yes. All local calls are free.
Yes. The WiFi information is available on your arrival at the villa.
Yes, we provide a full cable package from FLOW and high speed internet. You can also connect your Netflix account on the Smart TV.
Yes but many of our guests prefer to buy bottled water. You can buy it in 10L bottles.
Certainly. You can reach our property manager, Alain, by phone or whatsapp during your stay.
We provide a set of luxury hotel-sized shampoo, conditioner, body lotion and bar soap on your arrival to get you started. We encourage you to bring your own amenities to reduce use of plastics and disposable bottles.
Yes. We provide regular tea and coffee (for the drip coffee machine).
Many of our guests take advantage of the full kitchen in the villa and as a result there is often left over oil and spices. You can pick up additional supplies at the Massy supermarket, or provide a list of what you require in a grocery list to be pre-stocked in the villa for your arrival (additional fee: cost of groceries + $20 USD service charge)
Yes! And two large beach bags for your use.
We have a washer and two large clothes drying racks for use inside or on the patio.
There are lots of little beaches up and down the stretch that we are on. Right across the street is a beach (it has been a little rocky as of late given a storm a few months ago), about 100 yards down the road is the John Moore Rum shop and fish market which is also on the beach (and the beers are guaranteed to be cold!). Within 1km (2 min drive) in each direction there are two really great spots. South towards Holetown there is a lovely long stretch of sand with several restaurants including Lone Star and Jujus. In the other direction towards Speightstown there is another beach at Reeds Bay which is quieter with chairs to be rented and a few little places for food. Both are walkable but in the heat you may prefer to drive or hop on the bus.
It is approximately 8 min drive. On the bus it might be a couple minutes longer with stops.
It is about 5km to Speightstown and an 8 min drive.
A car is not necessary although quite convenient for sightseeing around the island. It is easy to hop on the bus up and down the coast road from right in front of the complex. We prefer to have a car, but we can also set you up with a driver for days or part days you might want to explore further a field.
Yes! It is very easy to take the bus. There are frequent buses up and down the coast road and into town. You will need exact change of $3.50 BBD. That is the equivalent of $1.75 USD however foreign currency is not accepted on the bus.
We can arrange airport transfers for you to make arrival and departure a little less stressful. For groups of 4 or more we suggest a van to fit everyone and their luggage comfortably. Our driver can collect you in air conditioned van. It’s $80 usd each way. The driver will meet you right outside the airport doors with a sign and drive you up to Lantana.
Certainly. Let us know how many guests you will have and we can assist you in arranging a car or van for your dates. It is often cheaper to go with a local company rather than a big agency.
Yes, we have a few taxi services listed in the guest information book in the villa.
Our regular cleaning fee of $150 USD includes the full clean after your stay as well as the following:
- For stays more than 4 nights - a “tidy” every 3 days where the bathrooms, kitchen and floors are cleaned
- For stays more than 7 nights - the same “tidy” everything 3 days plus bed linens and towels changed every second tidy (essentially once per week).
We have designed our cleaning scheduled based on guest feedback - most people have asked for less disruptions with cleaning staff in and out every day. We also work hard to lessen our impact on the environment with unnecessary washing/drying, use of water and cleaning supplies as well as transportation of staff.
Some guests prefer a daily maid service and more regular linen/towel changes. We are happy to accommodate. Let’s design your ideal service and we’ll let you know if there will be an additional fee.
Yes. We recommend this service if you are landing in the late afternoon or evening especially if you do not have a rental car. Send us a list and we’ll have it stocked in the fridge. We charge $20Usd for the shopping/delivery on top of the grocery bill which you can pay directly to the property manager on arrival.
