The 3 bedrooms can be configured to suit couples, families or singles. The master bedroom features a king size bed and brand new walk-in shower in the ensuite. Large wall to wall patio doors open up to access the pool. (Note: Our patio is slightly off to the side of the pool and more private as sun bathers do not look directly into the unit).
The second and third bedrooms have 2 XL twin beds which can be converted to King beds at your request with mattress topper and luxury bedding. These two bedrooms share a large family-style bathroom with full size shower and tub, vanity with plenty of storage and several towel bars and hooks for your bath and beach towels.
All three bedrooms and the living room are equipped with air conditioning and ceiling fans.

The brand new kitchen has been thoughtfully stocked with everything a family or group could need to self-cater or entertain. The kitchen in this unit features:

- Coffee machine, kettle, toaster, blender and other small appliances

Private Outdoor Space
PRIVATE PATIO: Sea Glass villa is an end unit with a giant wrap around patio. There are 2 steps down to the pool area. Our patio and seating area is off to one side of the pool creating privacy from other pool goers.
OUTDOOR DINING: At the other end of the patio is a large dining area for our guests to enjoy. You may also use any of the communal tables with umbrellas around the pool.
PROPERTY & SECURITY
POOLS: Guests have access to use either of the two pools on the property. At different times of day, each gets different sun. We prefer our pool in the back building as it is away from any road noise. Pool loungers are provided by the property for your use.
PARKING: Guests have access to a free parking spot within the gated complex. Guests receiving visitors can use a second spot for the duration of their stay. By condo bylaw, guests must remove their car by 11pm.
ON SITE SECURITY: An on-site security guard is present in the gate hut from 6pm to 6am. Guests are provided security codes for their stay to access the front gate and the door to their block of units.
